SB Name/EF Name: Regina Mills/The Evil Queen

Age: 36
Birthdate: February 1, 1978 (age based on Storybrooke time).
Sexuality: Straight
Occupation: Mayor
Parents: Henry (senior) x Cora Mills
Siblings: Zelena Mills (half-sister)
Children: Henry Mills (adopted son)
Spouse:N/A
Boy/Girlfriend:N/A (has an attraction to Robin Hood)
Height: 5'5"
Weight: 126 lbs
Hair Color: Black
Eye Color: Brown
Descriptive Appearance:
To start off, we'll begin with Regina's body structure. She's not exactly a tall girl, so we'll stick her in the average category, as she comes in at around 5'5. Regina is a slender woman and isn't built for brute strength. Most of her strength comes from her magic anyways. She has longer legs which are built for swift movement, hips that sway when she walks, and her build allows for perfect curves. If her pretty face isn't enough for a man to look at, she's got a body to pleasure him, too.
With what looks like a Latina decent, she has olive skin and chocolate brown eyes always coated in light, smoky makeup (unless she's decked out as the Evil Queen, that is). Her ebony hair is styled short, cut just slightly above the shoulders and in a layered style as well. Her eyebrows are about medium in thickness and are trimmed up with a slight curve to them. Her nose starts out narrow at the bridge and gradually goes down to a rounded nose. Under that are her lips which are thick and generous, usually coated with pink or red lipstick.
Clothing Style:
Regina's attire usually consists of darker clothes: reds, grays, blues, purples, and blacks. She wears either dress pants, skirts, or dresses and is hardly ever caught in jeans. She usually wears blouses, dress tops, sweaters, or blazers and probably won't be caught dead in anything other than dressy.
Personality:
It has been said before that Regina is quite the complicated one to pick out. Often times, her emotional stability is all over the place and her moods often vary depending on how she is feeling. A few common traits one might find would be her wit. Not only is Regina sharp of mind when it comes to intelligence but she also has a quick tongue that can shoot out sarcasm and sass like a machine gun. Usually, she uses her harsh words to give anyone she doesn't want to speak to the cold shoulder. And, it would be wise to back off. Regina isn't easily joked around with unless she considers you a close friend, and she often blows up on others who are trying to have some fun with her. Regina is also a very subtle character, which means that she as well as her complex ideas are hard to figure out. She doesn't tend to give away a lot of information. Regina could also come off as a very harsh person and she's very callous to other's feelings unless they interfere with her own. Another thing about Regina is that she uses seduction and manipulation to get what she wants. Often times, she takes advantage of those who like her in a way that is more than a friend, promising them things only so they do her dirty work. Manipulation works on many minds who do not know of her true intentions, who can't see past her promises and propaganda. She's a very good persuader, perhaps too good, and is often times never the one to do all of the bad things she's known for.
What most seem to pass by is that there is a whole other side to Regina, one she doesn't show except for a select few. Her cold, bitter side is basically just a facade she puts up, a wall of sorts, so she doesn't get hurt. She hides her feelings very well, although her harsh attitude does allude that there may be a different character inside. Deep down, Regina does care and would do anything to protect those she cares for. She's fiercely loyal and when it comes time to love someone whether as family, friends, or even as a love interest she doesn't just love with her heart she loves with her entire soul, her whole being, such an intense love that sometimes she lets them slip through her fingers without knowing. They say she has the most resilient heart, one that molds and bends after being broken, sometimes for better or for worse but that doesn't mean she gets changed when bad things happen to those she cares about. Another thing that others don't see often is the pure tenderness of Regina. She has an extreme soft side, mostly reaching out towards youth of Storybrooke, children. Family and friends sometimes see a little bit of this side, but she saves the majority of it for kids and her love interests.

History:
Regina was born into royalty and grew up along the country sides where she learned to ride horses. When she was eighteen, Regina fell in love with her stable boy, Daniel, a love she believed to be true love. The two of them discussed telling her parents of their relationship but Regina knew it would end badly because of her controlling mother, Cora, who thought she controlled her daughter's life. One day, while Daniel and Regina were secretly seeing each other, a young girl on a runaway horse passed by and Regina saved her life, learning later that the girl was Snow White, the princess daughter of King Leopold. In honor for Regina's brave acts, King Leopold proposed and Cora accepted for her horrified daughter. Regina found Daniel later that night and the two pledged to get married and run away so Regina didn't have to become the Queen. But alas, that night, Snow White found Regina and Daniel kissing in the stables and Regina gave a chase after the young princess. She explained to the girl that what she and Daniel had was true love and that Regina didn't love the King as she loved Daniel. Snow White said she understood and that she would not utter a word to the King or to Regina's mother. But, the young girl could not keep her secret and on the night Regina and Daniel planned to run away, Cora ripped out the stable boy's heart and with it, broke a little of Regina's. When she found out that Snow White had been the cause of Daniel's death, Regina felt an uncontrollable hate fill her heart at the sight of the girl which only seemed to grow after she married the King and became Queen Regina.
Time passed and each day fueled the fire of Regina's hate for Snow White. She began to hate the King too, for he did not love Regina. He simply viewed her as a mother figure for his daughter and a pleasure in bed when he'd had too much wine. On the bright side to all of the loomin darkness, Regina managed to rid herself of her mother after discovering an ancient wizard named Rumplestiltskin. Later, she began to learn magic from him to try and bring Daniel back. Through manipulation and trial and error she began to gain power as a sorceress but nothing could bring her loved one back from the dead, not even Dr. Frankenstein managed to do such a thing. One night though, after having a lonely dinner and an argument from Rumplestiltskin, Regina met a fairy by the name of Tinkerbell who saved her from falling off of a balcony. The fairy led Regina, using pixie dust, to a tavern where, inside, the Queen saw a man with a lion tattoo. Tinkerbell claimed that he was Regina's other true love. Before she could meet him though, Regina cowered away and left. Her magic lessons continued and darkness slowly consumed her heart. She had deprived herself from happiness as well as her true love's. Soon, after killing the King and attempting an assassination on Snow White, she became known as the Evil Queen.
It wasn't until Snow White's wedding that Regina finally found the source to end all of her misery. The Dark Curse that Rumplestiltskin had made would destroy all of Snow's happiness. Nine months later, on the birth day of Snow and Charming's daughter, Emma, did Regina cast her curse using the heart of her very own father and thus, Storybrooke was born.
Eighteen years into the curse, frozen in time, each day passing just like the last, Regina decided she was much too lonely for her own good. She struck a deal with Mr. Gold, who had been Rumplestiltskin in the Enchanted Forest, and he found her a three-week-old baby boy. Regina adopted this baby and named him Henry after her father. Ten years passed, and Henry and Regina grew apart. She was sending her son to therapy with Dr. Hopper, doing all she could to improve his relationship with her and with the world. But, one day, Henry brought a woman to town, a woman by the name of Emma Swan. Regina learned that Emma was the savior and she had come to break the Curse. Regina tried and tried to stop her, but the Curse was broken when Regina accidentally poisoned Henry and Emma broke him up with true love's kiss.
Just after the curse was broken and everyone remembered, Mr. Gold brought magic back to Storybrooke and a whole new era of Regina's life began.
