History: In the Enchanted Forest she was Red Riding Hood. Red was a simple girl that lived with her Grandmother until Snow White came and hid in there chicken house. Snow and Red had became fast friends. Red thought that Peter was the wolf and decided to tell him, he believes her and told Red to tie him to a tree, but it was Red that was the wolf and she had killed him. Red and Mary (Snow) run into the forest to escape the Evil Queens forces. Ruby has worked at the diner most of her life. She had dreams to leave Storybrooke, but Granny had a sudden heart attack. She heard stories of exotic places from August, Granny was yelling at her about how she needs to take more responsibility and gives Ruby the Saturday shift, but she quits and has to try and find a new job. Henry tries to help Ruby to find a new job, while looking the phone rings in the sheriff station and answers, it impresses Emma by how well Ruby handles things so she gives Ruby a job as the sheriff assistant. Ruby helps with trying to find Kathryn, but all she does is find Kathryn's heart. Later, Ruby finds an unconscious Kathryn that's covered in mud and dirty, she screams and tries to tell Emma but all she can say is,"She's in the alley." When the curse is broken Ruby is with her grandmother.
